Our Gluten Free Pastas
While there are many people looking for a gluten-free pasta, we created our gluten-free gnocchi just because it tastes amazing! The fact that it is wheat-free is a bonus. It’s also dairy-free and vegan! These little dumplings are hearty and delicious. Following a very traditional recipe, our gnocchi has nothing but white rice flour, salt and potatoes in it. Our Spinach Ricotta gnocchi is also gluten-free, but it’s loaded with nutrition to make it an amazing and well-balanced meal.
