We love making our filled pastas. It gives us a chance to be creative, to use the best local and seasonal produce, and to express our love for food. We take our fresh rolled pasta and select a shape to fit the filling. Our chef scours local markets for inspiration, chats with local chefs for new ideas and tries a recipe over and over until she gets it just right.
